Role Title: Service Now Co E – Training & Curriculum Leader
Role Summary: Own the Service Now Co E capability‐build agenda by designing role‐based learning paths, certification plans, mentoring programs, and enablement content that accelerates practice readiness across modules and offerings. (Aligned to Co E "Competency" function.)
Key Outcomes (Success Measures):
Standardized role-based curriculum and module tracks (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CRM/SPM/IRM/Sec Ops/ITAM/AI). Measurable uplift in certification throughput, delivery readiness, and time-to-productivity for new hires. Mentoring/Coaching rhythm across capability towers; "SME bench" readiness for critical deliveries.Key Responsibilities:
Build & maintain structured curricula: onboarding, developer/consultant/architect pathways, offering-specific tracks. Establish a certification and assessment plan (CSA/CAD/CIS/Micro-certs); define pre-reqs and progression. Run mentoring programs, office hours, "tech talks", hackathons, and knowledge sharing to drive enablement. Create measurement framework: training attendance, pass rates, competency coverage, skill matrix health. Partner with Co E leadership and capability leads to forecast skill demand and align training roadmap.Must-Have Skills:
8–12+ years overall; 5+ years in Service Now ecosystem with strong enablement/L& D ownership. Strong understanding of Service Now product family and certification landscape. Instructional design, curriculum planning, adult learning techniques, stakeholder management.Nice-to-Have:
Experience running enablement programs at practice/Co E scale; exposure to platform governance and delivery assurance.Details
