This is a hardware role, not a software role. You should be someone who has actually laid out boards — not just studied circuits. If your background is in software development, computer science, IT, or app/web development, please do not apply. This posting is exclusively for PCB layout and hardware design engineers with a defence/aerospace-relevant electronics background (ECE, EEE, or Mechanical).

Minimum qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech — ECE, EEE, or Mechanical with CGPA 7.5+ (or equivalent) — applications below this will not be considered
• 3+ years of hands-on PCB layout experience (real, shipped boards — not academic or simulation-only projects)

What you'll be doing:

• Multilayer PCB layout — component placement and routing for high-density boards
• High-speed, power, analog and digital layout practices
• Signal integrity, power integrity, grounding and EMI/EMC-conscious design
• Design reviews, manufacturing coordination, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM)
• Gerber/ODB++ generation and full PCB documentation packages
• Working with ruggedized, high-reliability electronics for defence/aerospace end-use

You must have hands-on experience with:

PCB CAD tools — Allegro, OrCAD, Altium, or equivalent

Defence, aerospace, or other high-reliability/regulated electronics environment — strongly preferred
