Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters (especially US based SMBs)

Must have an experience working with/advising three or more organizations

5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.

Role Overview

We are seeking Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals with hands-on experience in Quick Books Online (QBO) and Omni Chat support. This role involves handling both general help inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities.

Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries.

Provide advisory-based recommendations using financial data.

SMB ownership or hands-on financial management experience (US based SMBs is a preference)
