WE’RE HIRING: CENTRE HEAD – HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS
Lower Parel, Mumbai
We are looking for a capable, high-ownership Centre Head to lead the operations and growth of a new multidisciplinary healthcare centre in Lower Parel.
This is not a routine administrative role. The Centre Head will be expected to take complete ownership of the centre, build strong systems, manage multidisciplinary teams, improve patient experience and drive operational and financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
• Take complete ownership of day-to-day centre operations
• Establish SOPs, reporting systems, dashboards and accountability mechanisms
• Manage doctors, nurses, technicians, front-office and support teams
• Ensure a consistently high-quality patient experience
• Monitor revenue, expenses, collections, inventory and centre-level profitability
• Drive patient volumes and utilisation of the centre’s services
• Coordinate consultations, diagnostics, physiotherapy, pharmacy and other services
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate team members
• Maintain regulatory, documentation and quality-compliance standards
• Identify operational gaps and resolve problems independently
• Provide accurate and concise MIS and performance reports to management
• Support the development of new services and future healthcare initiatives

The ideal candidate:
• Has 7–12 years of experience in hospital, clinic, diagnostic-centre or healthcare operations
• Has independently managed a centre, department or business unit
• Understands P&L, budgeting, MIS, inventory controls and revenue optimisation
• Is strong in execution, team management and interdepartmental coordination
• Can create systems and processes from the ground up
• Demonstrates integrity, maturity, discretion and financial discipline
• Is comfortable having difficult conversations and holding teams accountable
• Thinks like an owner rather than functioning only as an administrator
• Has the potential to take on broader leadership responsibilities as the organisation grows
Preferred qualifications:
MBA/MHA or an equivalent management qualification with relevant healthcare experience. Candidates with exceptional operational leadership experience may also apply.
