That’s why in early 2020 we began rolling out our expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy to include Citi employees around the world. </p><p>• Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses. </p><p>• We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life. </p><p><b>In this role, you’re expected to: </b> </p><p>• Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests </p><p>• Generate and match trade confirmations according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates </p><p>• Ensure to process all received instructions in an accurate and timely manner, having regard to the key elements of the process: Instruction source verification, Instruction monitoring and validation, Exception monitoring and resolution (business validations) prior to NAV/IBOR sign off. </p><p>• Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution </p><p>• Perform regulatory controls and record retention activities in accordance with established policies </p><p>• Facilitate prompt investigation and resolution of any client queries in a timely and professional manner, Assist in handling complex issues </p><p>• Ensure client service level agreement ( SLA ) and deadlines are met </p><p>• Identify opportunities to streamline daily operational workflows, reduce manual touchpoints, and enhance control mechanisms. </p><p>• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. </p><p><b>As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: </b> </p><p>• Relevant experience preferred </p><p>• Fundamental understanding of Financial instruments (, Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, or Commodities), accounting and regulatory policies </p><p>• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment </p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. </p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex operational issues clearly to diverse stakeholders. </p><p>• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience </p><p>Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
