AI/ML Engineer

You will build AI features that solve specific business problems: assistants that answer from a client's own content, automations that read and route documents, and AI features inside our WordPress plugins. The focus is on reliable, measurable features in production rather than research.

Responsibilities

• Build features on top of large language model APIs, including retrieval from client data
• Design prompts, evaluation sets and guardrails, and measure output quality
• Build data pipelines to clean, chunk and index documents
• Integrate AI features into Laravel, Node.js and WordPress applications
• Monitor cost, speed and accuracy in production and improve them
• Explain clearly to clients what a feature can and cannot do

Requirements

• 2+ years building AI or machine-learning features used in production
• Strong Python; working knowledge of JavaScript or PHP
• Experience with LLM APIs and retrieval-augmented generation
• Experience with vector search or embeddings
• Good understanding of data privacy when handling client data

Nice to have

• Classical ML experience (scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar)
• Experience with workflow automation tools
• A degree in computer science, data science or a related field
