What you’ll be working on: • Connecting with clients, leads and enquiries • Managing calls, WhatsApp, email and follow-ups • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients • Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the internal team • Keeping CRM records and communication organised • Following up on opportunities and helping move conversations forward • Learning how client servicing and relationship management work in a fast-paced creative industry
