<p> <b>HCL Hiring for Chassis Design Engineer in Chennai - Automotive Domain</b> </p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for experienced Automotive domain Engineer with strong expertise in <b>Chassis.</b></p><p><br /></p><p> <b>Experience:</b> 5-9 Years</p><p> <b>Location: Chennai</b></p><p> <b>Qualification:</b> B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical)</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Design &amp; Development</b>.</p><p> Required Skills:</p><ul><li>CATIA V5 / 3DX</li><li>Chassis CAD Design</li><li>GD&amp;T</li><li>Part Modelling</li><li>Drafting &amp; Drawing</li><li>Assembly &amp; Kinematics</li><li>Sheet Metal Design</li><li>Manufacturing Processes</li><li>Teamcenter Engineering</li><li>Vis Mockup</li><li>WERS, GPDS &amp; DPA 0/1 knowledge</li><li>Global Change Management (GCM)</li></ul><p> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Design and development of chassis systems including Brakes, Suspension, Wheels &amp; Tires.</li><li>Develop CAD models, drawings, and GD&amp;T in CATIA V5/3DX.</li><li>Support chassis aggregate design and engineering decisions.</li><li>Drive components from concept to production readiness.</li><li>Work closely with D&amp;R engineers, suppliers, and global stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and serviceability.</li><li>Support New Product Development (NPD) programs and milestone deliveries.</li></ul><p> <b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in Ford product development processes.</li><li>Knowledge of WERS, GPDS, DPA, and GCM.</li><li>Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p> Interested candidates can share their updated resume at <b> with Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice period.</b></p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?sfHdm2zFysfdwdkXZVzc6UhgfB0Vutz4l" width="0" height="0" />
