Salary: $53,560 - 57,200 per year Requirements:

• Associate degree in information systems, relevant IT certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or Google, or equivalent professional experience
• 1 to 3 years of IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of computer support practices and troubleshooting techniques
• Hands-on experience with VMware, macOS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server environments
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wired and wireless networking
• Experience supporting Google Workspace and SaaS-based applications
• Experience with computer-controlled manufacturing equipment

• Set up new employee accounts and deactivate access when needed
• Provide onsite end-user support for remote employees
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware and software, including Mac, PC, Chromebook, and related factory devices
• Track, update, and escalate requests in Asana
• Assist with installing and maintaining computer-controlled manufacturing equipment
• Support our manufacturing and remote departments with additional duties as assigned
