Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Lead role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing B2 C admissions, guiding the counselling team, handling key student and parent interactions, and driving enrolments. The Co-Lead will oversee lead follow-ups, outreach, counselling quality, and conversion performance while working closely with the admissions leadership team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and drive b2c admissions and lead conversions from enquiry to enrolment.

* Guide and support the counselling team in achieving individual and team targets.

* Monitor lead follow-ups, pipeline movement, and conversion performance.

* Handle key counselling calls, parent interactions, and admission objections.

* Ensure accurate CRM updates and effective lead allocation and management.

* Track daily/weekly admission performance and work with the team to improve conversions.

* Collaborate with the admissions leadership team on strategies to achieve enrolment target.

Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2 C sales, admissions, Ed Tech, academic counselling, or a related field. Experience in team handling, lead management, and achieving sales/admission targets preferred. Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
