Manager – Admissions Outreach (UG)

FLAME University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Admissions Outreach (Undergraduate Admissions) to strengthen our student outreach initiatives in the Delhi region. Key Responsibilities: * Drive undergraduate student outreach and admissions initiatives across Delhi and North India. * Build and nurture relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational institutions. * Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission events. * Represent FLAME University at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs. * Generate quality student leads and manage the complete outreach pipeline. * Work closely with the Admissions team to achieve enrolment targets. * Maintain market intelligence and identify new outreach opportunities. * Travel extensively within the assigned region as required. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university. * 5–8 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, business development, or education marketing. * Strong network with schools and education counselors in Delhi/NCR is highly desirable. * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. * Willingness to travel extensively.
