* 12–18 years of experience in restaurant / hospitality / F& B operations
* Strong experience in leading multi-unit restaurant operations
* Proven track record in driving revenue, EBITDA, guest experience, and operational excellence
* Experience in P& L management, budgeting, cost control, and team leadership
* Strong stakeholder management and business growth orientation
