Job Title : Creative Director - 2D

Location: Mandi House, Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Creative Director – 2D with 12–15 years of experience in advertising, branding, integrated marketing, or communication agencies. The ideal candidate will lead the agency's 2D creative function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of 2D creative campaigns across print, digital, social media, branding, and integrated communication.
• Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts and visual communication.
• Oversee the design team to ensure creative excellence, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with client servicing, strategy, content, and digital teams to develop impactful campaigns.
• Review and approve creative outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide designers while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in advertising, branding, or integrated communication agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D creative work across print, digital, branding, and social media.
• Experience handling public sector projects will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
