Candidate is required to work on Real Estate Large Projects - Business Development and helping the clients in commercial leasing.

Prior Experience in Leasing + connects with Retail brands and Corporate office is must. Experience with Developer would be preferred instead of with a broker. Own vehicle + Good Communication Skills is must

This role requires candidate to Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective tenants from consumer brand companies across categories — F&B, fashion, lifestyle, electronics, health & wellness, entertainment — both domestic and international. Also in office segment. Articulate the value proposition, make presentations and build lasting commercial relationships. Lease Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations — LOIs, Heads of Terms, and final lease agreements — balancing brand desirability with revenue optimisation Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations for seamless deal execution.
