We are looking for a Management Trainee to gain hands-on exposure across various business functions within the fashion and retail industry . The role will involve working on live projects, implementing SOPs and processes , and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on projects across Operations, Marketing, Retail, Business Development, and other functions .
• Support day-to-day business activities, reporting, research, and process improvement initiatives.
• Implement, monitor, and ensure adherence to SOPs and defined processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective project and process execution.
• Analyse data and prepare MIS, reports, and presentations.
• Identify process gaps and support corrective and improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
• Gain practical exposure to different business functions and contribute to organisational initiatives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Marketing, Business Management, Retail/Fashion Management, or a related field .
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.
