Company - Dhariwal Interiors, Jaipur Industry: Furniture / Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Experience: 5–7 years preferred Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales & Design Manager with strong knowledge of furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes. The candidate should be proficient in 2D/3D CAD drawings, client handling and sales, with the ability to convert customer requirements into effective design and business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage customer enquiries, consultations and the complete sales cycle. • Understand and interpret 2D & 3D CAD drawings, layouts, measurements and technical specifications. • Have strong knowledge of kitchen and wardrobe design, materials, finishes and hardware. • Present design/product solutions and prepare quotations. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects and interior designers. • Coordinate with designers, vendors and internal teams for project execution. • Drive sales targets, conversions and overall business growth. • Stay updated with industry trends, products and market developments. Requirements • 5–7 years of relevant experience in furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors or building materials. • Strong 2D/3D CAD knowledge. • Good understanding of kitchen and wardrobe design. • Excellent communication, negotiation and client-management skills. • Strong sales orientation with proven ability to close deals. • Good understanding of materials, measurements and technical specifications. • Proficiency in CAD.
