Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Management Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales efforts of our clients through lead generation, client relationship management, and field sales activities. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are consistently met
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
