TCS is hiring for Incentive Compenstation (Use Case 3)

Exp: 8+ years

Location: Kolkata

• Strong understanding of Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation processes.
• Experience with ICM platforms such as SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), Xactly, Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, or Anaplan.
• Knowledge of commission calculations, quotas, credits, and bonus structures.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Excel, reporting, and dashboard tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ETL/data integration processes.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) concepts.
• Certification in relevant ICM platforms is a plus
