About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Design Manager with a strong architectural background and relevant experience in handling large-scale projects, AutoCAD drafting, project documentation, drawing development, and coordination .

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working on architectural projects and should be capable of managing project deliverables, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and guiding the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural project deliverables from development through documentation.
• Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and project documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
• Manage project timelines, drawing deliverables, and submissions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Review and resolve drawing and coordination issues.
• Ensure project standards and documentation requirements are maintained.
• Mentor and coordinate with junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture – Mandatory.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in architectural projects.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD .
• Experience in architectural drafting, detailing, and project documentation .
• Experience working on large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and project coordination.
• Experience managing project deliverables and team coordination.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
