Position: Resort Manager

Location: Andaman & Nicobar

Company : Our Client operates reputed Hotels at various Resort/Leisure/Wildlife destinations.


Role Overview : As Resort Manager, you will be at the helm of this distinguished WILDLIFE property , driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of service, and upholding the hotel's legacy. This is an opportunity to shape memorable guest journeys while leading a talented team to attain desired levels of Profitability.

We are seeking a dynamic Resort Manager to lead and manage a 30 Keys Boutique Resort in a picturesque Island in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and a strong track record of success in managing Boutique Leisure segment properties in REMOTE locations.


Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure the highest standard of personalized services, creating memorable experiences for each guest.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
  3. Curated Experiences: Develop and oversee unique and tailor-made guest experiences, such as marine activities, water sports, Nature Trails, Beach Treks, Spa treatments etc and ensuring a bespoke touch in every aspect.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  5. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • IHM/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 10-12 years experience in Boutique Hotels with at least 2 years as Unit Head.
  • Proven track record in managing upscale boutique resorts preferably in a Leisure / Remote Location.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
  • Extensive experience in curating unique Guest Experiences.
  • Established network and relationships within the hospitality industry, Vendors, Travel Trade etc.
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Past Resort Manager/Unit Head experience in upscale/ boutique Resorts .
  • Ability to thrive in a self sustaining environment with limited support services in a Remote Island location.
  • Past exposure to Remote working conditions such as Wild Life/Island locations would be an advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
