We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial record keeping, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the company.Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and financial documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, and financial transactions.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax-related accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables and payables.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external accountants when required.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting requirements.
• Perform other accounting and financial tasks assigned by management.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Microsoft Office , or similar accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.
