We’re Hiring | Financial Services Back-Office Executive

Dear Money Financial Services is looking for a smart, sincere, and detail-oriented team member to join our office at Waghodia Road, Vadodara .

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry , especially in areas such as Mutual Funds, Equity Broking, Physical Shares, Demat, Transmission, Duplicate Share Certificate, IEPF, and client documentation work.

Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Mutual Fund back-office processing

✅ Equity broking support and documentation

✅ Physical share-related work including Demat, Transmission, Duplicate Share Certificate, IEPF, and RTA follow-up

✅ Client coordination and follow-up

✅ Email communication and document checking

✅ Basic Excel, computer work, and office coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile:

✔ Experience in Mutual Fund, Broking, DP, RTA, Share Market, or Finance Office will be preferred

✔ Freshers with a good learning attitude can also apply

✔ Good communication and basic computer knowledge

✔ Responsible, honest, stable, and willing to learn long-term office work

✔ Attention to detail is very important

Location: Waghodia Road, Vadodara – 390025

Position: Full-time
