Quality RN

<p>Sanford Health is seeking a Quality RN to advance patient safety and clinical excellence across our rural and regional care settings. This role monitors quality metrics, conducts audits, and leads improvement projects to support safe, evidence-based care. The Quality RN collaborates with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to analyze outcomes, perform root-cause analyses, and implement best practices aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards. In our patient-centered, mission-driven culture, you’ll educate staff, support survey readiness, and leverage robust clinical resources and data tools to drive continuous improvement and better health outcomes for the communities we serve. </p>
