Job Description As a Non-QM DSCR Underwriter, you will be responsible for the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of residential mortgage loan applications outside of standard agency guidelines (Non-QM), including Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) products. You will ensure loans comply with company and private investor guidelines while minimizing risk exposure. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound underwriting decisions in a fast-paced wholesale mortgage environment.
