Job Details Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Industry: Manufacturing Experience: 8–15 Years CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA Working Days: Monday – Saturday What You'll Be Responsible For As our HR Manager, you'll play a critical role in strengthening our people practices and organizational culture by: Talent Acquisition Drive end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements Improve hiring quality and reduce recruitment turnaround time Performance Management Implement and monitor KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal systems Support managers in performance reviews and employee development Foster a high-performance work culture Employee Engagement & Culture Design initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention Organize learning, development, and recognition programs Resolve employee grievances and strengthen workplace relationships HR Operations Ensure smooth HR operations, documentation, and policy implementation Maintain employee records and HR compliance Drive process improvements and HR best practices Compliance & Statutory Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations Coordinate audits and maintain HR documentation Support payroll inputs and attendance management Business Partnering Work closely with business leaders on workforce planning Provide HR insights that support business growth Help build a positive, performance-driven culture We're Looking For Someone Who ✅ Has 8–15 years of HR experience ✅ Has worked in Manufacturing, Engineering, Textile, Fabric, Industrial or similar sectors ✅ Understands Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance & HR Operations ✅ Has experience in Recruitment, Performance Management & Employee Engagement ✅ Can confidently interact with senior leadership ✅ Is proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented Why Join Us? ✔ Opportunity to work directly with leadership ✔ High ownership and decision-making role ✔ Be part of building and improving HR systems ✔ Stable and growing manufacturing organization ✔ A role where your ideas and initiatives will make a visible impact Preferred Skills HRMS Experience Performance Management Systems Labour Law Compliance Employee Relations Talent Acquisition HR Analytics & Reporting Policy Formulation Leadership & Stakeholder Management
