We’re Hiring: School Partnerships & Outreach Manager
Location : Delhi NCR ONLY | Full-Time | Hybrid + Field-Based

You will be the face of Edu Care Taiwan within the school ecosystem— building relationships with principals, school coordinators, counselors, teachers, students, parents, and external partners.
Your job will be to understand how schools think and make decisions, identify the right opportunities, and turn relationships into seminars, webinars, counseling sessions, student interactions, and ultimately student applications. This is a high ownership, relationship driven and field oriented role for someone who enjoys meeting people, influencing decisions, creating partnerships, and delivering measurable results.
Who We’re Looking For :
2+ years of experience in school outreach, school partnerships, school admissions, counseling, education consulting, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR school ecosystem and how principals, coordinators, counselors, and student activities function.
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building, and persuasion skills.
Understands the mindset and priorities of schools, students, and parents.
Able to work independently and take ownership from identifying an opportunity to executing it.
Highly proactive, adaptable, strategic, collaborative, and results driven.
Comfortable with frequent travel, meetings, networking, and fieldwork.
What You’ll Do :
Build and manage strong relationships with schools, principals, coordinators, counselors, and other key decision makers across Delhi NCR.
Represent Edu Care Taiwan professionally in front of school leadership, students, parents, and educators.
Identify and secure opportunities for seminars, webinars, career sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to convert school engagement into qualified student leads and enrollments.
Track outreach, partnerships, activities, and results against defined targets.
Salary : ₹45,000/month + Performance Based Incentives + Travel Reimbursement (Negotiable)
