About the Role

We're looking for a results driven Inside Sales Specialist to counsel prospective working professionals , recommend the right upskilling programs, and drive enrollments through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential working professionals from company-generated leads.

2. Follow-Up: Nurture leads by following up on inquiries and maintaining communication through various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.).

3. Closing the deal: Work closely with the internal Team to facilitate the closing process, including negotiations and overcoming objections.

4. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects.

5. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the Webinar based on qualified leads.

6. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

7. Collaboration: Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and strategies.

What We're Looking For

*1+ years of experience in EdTech, Technology, or SaaS sales

*Aggressive selling skills and a results-driven mindset with target audience of working professionals

*Flexibility to adapt to dynamic shifts and time zones

*Strong communication, convincing, and objection-handling abilities

*Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. .

*Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

*Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
