Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to coordinate medical communication projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of medical communication and healthcare marketing projects.
• Liaise with clients, medical writers, designers, developers, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare project timelines, trackers, meeting minutes, and follow-up action plans.
• Coordinate advisory boards, webinars, CMEs, conferences, and digital campaigns.
• Track project progress, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Ensure quality control and timely submission of scientific and creative deliverables.
• Support client servicing and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve execution challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical communications (freshers with exceptional organizational skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical education, or scientific communications.
• Knowledge of conference management, KOL engagement, and digital healthcare initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
