Role Description Call inbound leads (diagnostic lab owners / managers) within the same business day of assignment Qualify leads on fit, intent, and lab size — quickly disqualify junk to protect your pipeline Run product demos over call/video — walk prospects through Flabs modules relevant to their lab Handle objections on pricing, switching effort, and software adoption with confidence Own your follow-up cadence end-to-end — no handoffs, no dropped leads Drive leads to trial activation and then convert trials into paid subscriptions Keep C
