We are hiring for a Partner - Corporate Finance & Strategic Transactions for Mumbai & Delhi NCR location with a leading global management consulting firm and looking to connect with senior professionals from Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategic Investments, M&A Advisory, and Corporate Finance backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise CEOs, CFOs, Boards, promoters, and investors on strategic transactions and corporate finance decisions.
• Lead engagements involving acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, capital allocation, and portfolio strategy.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, assess valuations and transaction structures, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Support clients on value creation, growth strategy, fundraising, and exit planning initiatives.
• Drive client relationships, business development, and practice-building efforts.
• Lead and mentor teams while ensuring successful project delivery across industries.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience across Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategic Investments, M&A, or Corporate Finance.
• Demonstrated experience in investment evaluation, valuation, financial modelling, transaction execution, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong exposure to acquisitions, strategic investments, capital allocation, and value creation initiatives.
• Experience working closely with CXOs, Boards, promoters, and investors.
• MBA from a premier institution and/or CA/CFA qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
