Job Description

A&H Solution for Logistics is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead its sales team in the US truck dispatching industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and team management. The candidate will be responsible for guiding sales representatives, achieving sales targets, improving team performance, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, conversions, and overall performance.
• Train and guide sales representatives to improve their communication and closing skills.
• Develop effective sales strategies to acquire new US trucking carriers for dispatch services.
• Handle challenging negotiations and support team members in closing deals.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and a target-oriented work environment.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and business growth.
