The firm encourages junior professionals to grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and involvement in real-world design and construction activities. </p> <p> Role Description The Junior Architect role at Fab Arch is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi. This role involves assisting senior architects with concept development, architectural drawings, 3 D models, and design documentation for residential and commercial projects. The Junior Architect will support the preparation of construction drawings, coordination with consultants, and compliance with local building codes and regulations. Daily tasks include refining design details, updating plans based on feedback, preparing presentation materials, and participating in site visits to understand project progress and implementation. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle and that deadlines and quality standards are met. </p> <p> Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop and refine design concepts and prepare detailed drawings. Exposure to Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and coordination between digital workflows. Basic Project Management skills, including task coordination, time management, and documentation to support project delivery. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar), and familiarity with visualization tools. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in India, particularly relevant to projects in Delhi. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and present design ideas clearly. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced project environment. </p>
