If you're passionate about creating videos that capture attention, increase engagement, and drive results, we'd love to have you on our team. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, Linked In, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media performance. Edit client testimonials, podcasts, advertisements, product showcases, educational content, promotional videos, and brand campaigns. Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music to create engaging videos. Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life. Maintain brand consistency across multiple client projects. Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and AI-powered creative workflows. <p> Required Skills &amp; Experience </p> 2–3 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency or Creative Agency. Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, advertisements, and brand campaigns. Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual communication skills. Strong understanding of social media content and audience engagement. Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and time management skills. <p> Software &amp; Tools </p> <p> Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following: </p> <p> Video Editing </p> Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Da Vinci Resolve Cap Cut <p> Design (Preferred) </p> Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator <p> AI Tools (Preferred) </p> Higgsfield AI Eleven Labs Chat GPT or similar AI productivity tools <p> Note: All software and AI tools are provided by the company through licensed premium subscriptions. </p> <p> Preferred Skills </p> Motion Graphics Color Correction &amp; Color Grading Audio Editing &amp; Sound Design Thumbnail Design Strong understanding of short-form content and platform-specific editing.
