Hamdard Pakistan seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator to oversee daily sales operations and support the achievement of sales targets. This role involves coordinating with distributors, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. The successful candidate will manage a team of 20 persons, guiding their activities to align with company goals while maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting is essential. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and coordination capabilities are critical to excel in this role and support the dynamic sales environment at Hamdard Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and activities to ensure effective workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records to track sales performance and order status.
• Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and sales targets to meet and exceed company objectives.
• Liaise actively with distributors, customers, and internal departments to facilitate timely communication and resolve any issues.
• Lead and manage a team of 20 sales personnel by setting clear goals, fostering teamwork, and providing necessary support and training.
• Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and assist in strategic sales planning.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities.
• Ensure efficient handling of sales orders, timely processing, and documentation accuracy.
