Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, mapping them to standard/customized D365 Business Central solutions
• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, support, training, and documentation
• Configure and implement Warehouse Management (WMS) processes — bin/zone setup, put-away, picking, and inventory movement
• Collaborate with Business Central, Power Platform, and SharePoint teams
• Work with technical teams on solution design and specifications
• Maintain strong client engagement and service standards

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with D365 Business Central / NAV
• Hands-on WMS experience within Business Central/NAV (bin management, warehouse setup, put-away/pick, inventory tracking)
• At least 2–3 end-to-end implementations
• Experience in configuration, customization, and change management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel for project needs
