Strong project managements experience and the ability to drive these projects, go getter who has worked on multiple projects at once.

Can put together a roadmap with new projects on the horizon.

They do not want someone that has been in a Program Management capacity for 25 yrs and is set in their ways, this is not the right role.

Someone who is ready for the next step or has been a Program Manager for 5 or so years and is looking for a challenge.

Infrastructure(data or Cyber) PM’s will not be a match, more on the App dev side.

Need candidates that have heavy experience with business enablement and has ERP, EAM, business systems applications, and Customer Success experience.

They are going through 5 different business transformation projects right now as we speak with multiple on the horizon.

This will be a HIGH visibility role partnering with the C Suite daily.

They are an Agile shop so need to understand what that entails, antiquated methodologies like Waterfall will not work here. xzbcwsv

They want this person to have full oversight on all projects and be in the weeds on the day to day and track deliverables and end date expectations.
