Assemble test forms following defined specifications and measurement principles. Review test forms, pretests, and computer-adaptive testing (CAT) item pools. Support item revision by interpreting basic item performance data. Follow assessment standards, quality requirements, and ethical guidelines throughout the test development process. Participate in meetings with internal teams to support assessment development activities. Assist with teacher training activities and internal knowledge-sharing activities. Work with internal teams (psychometricians, instructional designers, editors, AI engineers) and subject matter experts to develop and evaluate assessment content. Participate in constructed response scoring activities in collaboration with faculty consultants and external scorers, as needed. Knowledge of educational standards, curriculum alignment, and assessment frameworks. Experience in test development, educational measurement, or applied statistics is preferred. Reporting Structure • Individual contributor role with no direct reports. • Works under regular supervision of senior assessment staff.
