Key Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced SQL expertise with strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries.
Proven ability to solve business problems through data-driven analysis and business case studies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Good to have skill - Python
Solid understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
Experience in metric definition, selection, and performance measurement frameworks.
Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills to identify key business drivers and recommend solutions.
Expectations:
Drive deep analytical investigations to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor.
Define and track meaningful business metrics and KPIs.
Perform root cause analysis to diagnose business trends, issues, and opportunities.
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
