Western Commerce Bank is a privately held community bank founded in1961 and headquartered in New Mexico. Serving customers nationwide through local branches and digital banking. We offer personal and business banking including treasury, checking and savings accounts, loans, trust and wealth management, and digital banking solutions to individuals and businesses with a focus on relationships, local expertise, and trusted service.

Salary depends on experience, but is typically between $15 and $19 per hour. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, other supplemental insurances and 401k to those who qualify. We are an EOE d/v.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Keyboarding skills
• Ten-Key skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Close attention to detail
• Highly motivated
• Money handling skills
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Basic Job Duties:

• Daily deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Process receipts and payments of cash
• Accepts payments and services related to commercial, personal, real estate, and business loans
• Give balance account information
• Prepare wire forms
• Prepare cashier's checks and counter checks
• Open, close, or update information on various accounts
• May assist customers with access to safety deposit boxes
• Answer customer inquiries and direct to other appropriate staff as necessary
• Produce and maintain forms and reports as required by bank procedures and laws as well 
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• May perform ATM machine functions
• Perform other duties as assigned
