Job Description
ERP AMS Consultant Experience:
6-10 Years Location:
Pan India
Must-Have Skills ERP Application Management Services (AMS) L2/L3 Production Support Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management ERP Platforms: Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics ServiceNow or ITSM Ticketing Tools SQL for Data Analysis & Validation Testing, Deployment & Documentation ITIL Process Knowledge Responsibilities Provide AMS support for ERP applications. Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues. Perform application enhancements, configuration, and bug fixes. Coordinate with functional and technical teams. Support upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments. Prepare SOPs, KT documents, and support documentation. Work with business users and stakeholders for ongoing support. Requirement 4-8 years of ERP AMS/Production Support experience. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems. Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management processes.
