During busy season, we hold to Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

What You'll Own

Your responsibilities will center around four areas: technical & quality, people & development, client service, and business development.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a senior leadership position, and the compensation package reflects that.

Base Salary: $185k+

Annual Performance Bonus: $10k-25k (tied to the quality of the work, development of the team, and strength of the practice)

Origination Incentive: A direct share of new business you bring to the firm
