This is a full-time onsite role based in North Bengaluru, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> Handle customer inquiries through phone, Whats App, email, and chat. Guide customers through onboarding and service processes. Explain platform services, assessments, and report timelines. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Collect customer feedback and help improve customer experience. Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels. <p> Requirements </p> Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, or client relations. Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment.
