What You'll DoPrepare and review individual, business, partnership, and corporate tax returnsWork directly with clients to understand their needs and provide responsive tax supportResearch tax questions and assist with tax planning opportunitiesReview work prepared by staff and provide guidance and mentorshipAssist with client engagements from start to finishCommunicate with clients throughout the year and build long-term relationshipsStay current on tax law changes and apply them appropriatelyContribute to a collaborative team environment and help improve firm processes
What We're Looking For3+ years of public accounting tax experienceStrong knowledge of federal and state tax complianceExperience preparing and/or reviewing business and individual tax returnsStrong communication and client relationship skillsAbility to work independently while also supporting and mentoring team membersOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
