Responsibilities

• Monitor regular operations relevant to fixed assets, make sure necessary documentation flow and accounting adjustment for new disposals, additions, transfers and write-offs.
• Perform project-wise capital funding analysis and CWIP aging analysis.
• Maintain and create asset schedules for the company, make sure correctness and appropriateness.
• Conduct elaborate monthly asset-wise depreciation reporting and analysis.
• Handle month-end closing processes relevant to fixed assets, make sure of fulfilling targets on time.
• Maintain and modify the phasing timeline for capital expenses, communicating with project team members.

Qualifications

Candidate must have CA/ ACMA/ CPA and Bachelor’s degree or any relevant field from any reputed university.
