About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Architect to take on a leadership role with a leading global design consultancy. The position offers an opportunity to lead complex projects, engage directly with clients, mentor teams, and contribute to both design excellence and project success.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign & Rhino 3D
- 8-12 years of professional experience within a design-led architectural practice
- Strong portfolio across large-scale commercial, mixed-use, workplace, hospitality, residential, or urban development projects
- Experience leading project teams and managing client interactions
- Strong design, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to balance creative outcomes with project delivery requirements
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and consultants
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and documentation software
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept development through delivery
- Develop innovative design solutions and oversee design quality
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- Guide project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to business development and project pursuits
- Ensure projects align with commercial, operational, and design objectives
