Plant Head

Alliance Formulations is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Plant Head to lead and manage all manufacturing operations at our Baddi facility. The role carries complete responsibility for Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, EHS, Administration, and Operational Excellence while ensuring world-class manufacturing standards, regulatory compliance, and business growth.

Candidates from Pharma background only will be considered preferred in liquids / non medicine.

Key Role & Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Operations Excellence

· Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across all production lines.

· Deliver production targets while optimizing manpower, machinery, and materials.

· Improve OEE, productivity, and plant efficiency.

· Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen initiatives.

· Reduce manufacturing costs through process optimization and waste elimination.

· Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Quality & Regulatory Complaince

· Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, Schedule M, USFDA, MHRA, ISO, and customer requirements.

· Lead regulatory, customer, and certification audits.

· Oversee QMS including CAPA, Change Controls, Deviations, SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs.

· Ensure robust data integrity and Good Documentation Practices.

Engineering & Maintenance

· Ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance.

· Lead utilities, HVAC, water systems, engineering projects, and CAPEX execution.

Supply Chain & Inventory

· Ensure uninterrupted material availability.

· Optimize inventory levels, warehouse efficiency, and working capital.

Environment, Health & Safety

· Drive a zero-incident safety culture.

· Ensure statutory compliance and conduct regular safety audits.

Leadership & People Development

· Mentor functional heads and build high-performing teams.

· Develop succession plans and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Financial & Business Management

· Manage plant budgets and manufacturing costs.

· Support strategic planning and capacity expansion.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

· Represent manufacturing during customer visits and audits.

· Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Educations

· B.Pharm / M.Pharm

· B.Tech / BE (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering)

· MBA in Operations or Supply Chain (Preferred)
