Strong experience in Airline Crew Management domain Exposure to CAE CMS / Movement Manager systems Experience in requirement analysis & GAP analysis for crew operations Understanding of AS-IS / TO-BE crew workflows Experience in test scenario preparation, execution, and validation Exposure to UAT coordination and business validation Experience in implementation & post go-live support Knowledge of crew rostering, movement tracking, disruption management Experience in airline operational environments
