Role Description

We're hiring a B2B SaaS Sales Executive to acquire new business customers and sell tezway subscriptions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, Pakistan .

We're looking for someone who can independently identify potential customers, approach decision-makers, demonstrate our platform, and convert prospects into paying subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and acquire business clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Identify businesses that could benefit from tezway.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the platform's business value.
• Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience OR a proven record of closing 10+ sales .
• Experience in SaaS, CRM, or software sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to independently generate opportunities and convert them into paying customers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales techniques.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: PKR 35,000-55,000/month (based on experience).
• 25% commission on the first sale.
• 15% commission on subsequent sales.
• Performance-based growth opportunities.
