<p> About the Company </p> <p> Phoenix Contact is a global German MNC in the fields of manufacturing &amp; engineering of electrical, electronics, and automation. </p> <p> About the Role </p> <p> Position: Line Leader - Production </p> <p> Responsibilities </p> <p> Responsibilities Manage daily production line activities and achieve production targets as per planning. Handle manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and discipline. Maintain production records, reports, rejection formats, and documentation. Update and manage production data using MS Excel. Ensure smooth shop-floor management and adherence to quality standards. Maintain and sustain 6 S practices across the production area. Support and drive Lean Manufacturing activities. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and rejection levels. Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures. </p><p> Required Skills: Experience in electronics assembly and testing processes. Knowledge of PCB assembly, THT assembly, SMD process and production operations. Basic soldering knowledge and hands-on production experience. Experience in Wave Soldering Machine operation and maintenance . Awareness of basic maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Good knowledge of production planning and execution. Strong leadership, manpower management, and communication skills. </p><p> Qualifications: </p> <p> ITI/Diploma (Electrician/Fitter/ Mechanical) with 3 to 6 years of experience in production &amp; shop floor management. </p> <p> Salary/Compensation: </p> <p>20 K to 30k/ month with other benefits </p> <p></p> <p></p>
