As an Article Assistant, you may get exposure to:

Audit & Internal Controls

• Internal Audits, including assignments for listed entities
• Internal control evaluation
• Business process reviews

Tax & Compliance

• GST compliance and preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
• Tax Audit
• Income-tax return preparation and filing
• Regulatory compliance support

Finance & Advisory

• Financial Due Diligence assignments
• Accounting and financial statement finalisation
• MIS reporting
• IPO advisory and transaction-related assignments
• Transaction structuring and growth strategy projects

Client Exposure

• Client coordination
• Understanding business processes
• Working on practical assignments under professional guidance

Who We're Looking For

Eligibility:

✔️ CA Intermediate – Both Groups Cleared

✔️ Strong interest in Audit, Taxation & Advisory

✔️ Good communication and analytical skills

✔️ Working knowledge of Excel and accounting concepts preferred

✔️ Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Stipend

1st Year: ₹12,500 per month

2nd Year: ₹17,500 per month

As per firm policy and applicable ICAI guidelines.
